• Usage Data: App features used, time spent on the app, interaction patterns

• Connect Donors and Receivers: Match blood donors with receivers based on blood type, location, and availability
• Location Services: Show nearby donors/receivers on the map and calculate distances

Important: Your contact information (phone number, email) is NEVER shared directly with other users. All contact information is encrypted and protected. Users can only communicate through our secure in-app chat system.

Ahsaas is a FREE humanitarian platform for blood donation coordination only. The following activities are STRICTLY PROHIBITED and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban:

• Buying or Selling Blood: Any attempt to sell, purchase, or commercialize blood or blood products
• Financial Transactions: Requesting or offering money in exchange for blood donation
• Commercial Activities: Using the platform for any commercial or business purposes
• Inappropriate Content: Sharing offensive, abusive, or harmful content
• Fraud or Scams: Providing false information or attempting to defraud other users
• Harassment: Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users

12.2 Automated Content Monitoring

To protect our community, we implement automated monitoring of all chat messages:

• Keyword Filtering: Messages are scanned for prohibited keywords related to buying, selling, payment, money, commercial activities, and inappropriate content
• Real-time Detection: Prohibited messages are automatically blocked and flagged for review

12.3 Enforcement Actions

Violations of our policies may result in:

• Message Blocking: Prohibited messages are automatically prevented from being sent
• Temporary Suspension: Account suspended for 7-30 days for repeated violations
• Permanent Ban: Immediate and permanent account termination for serious violations (selling blood, fraud, harassment)

12.4 Reporting Mechanism

Users can report violations through the app. All reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
